Half Day Tours: If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given a fee of 50% will be payable; if less than 24 hours notice is given the full fee will be payable.
Full Day Tours: If less than 5 days notice of cancellation is given the full fee is payable.
Tours lasting more than one day: If less than 15 days notice is given, a fee of 50% will be payable; if less than 8 days notice is given the full fee will be payable.
